Evelyn S. Ogundana is a seasoned attorney with over 13 years of legal experience dedicated to aggressively advocating for her clients. Her practice focuses on high-stakes matters including auto and trucking accidents, commercial vehicle collisions, workplace incidents, premises liability, and complex personal injury litigation. She also leads the firm’s Commercial Case Development department and provides internal training to ensure attorneys remain at the forefront of evolving personal injury law.
Evelyn’s approach is rooted in understanding people while delivering results. Before entering the legal field, she worked with large corporations, developing a strong foundation in client service and responsiveness. She later gained legal experience with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and private law firms, advocating for individuals across a range of practice areas, including real estate, probate, guardianship, trusts, and family law.
Her international experience includes working in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, at a sports and entertainment law firm, where she handled player agreements, participated in international legal proceedings, and supported contract work related to the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Evelyn earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and her LL.M. in International and Comparative Sports Law from St. John’s University School of Law/ISDE Madrid. She is admitted to practice in Texas and has been recognized by The National Black Lawyers and The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2023–2024). Evelyn is active in her community as she volunteers with The Junior League of Houston, Inc. and Houston Volunteer Lawyers.
