Mr. Lopez is a zealous advocate for the wrongfully accused. His passion for justice guides him in every aspect of his representation. His keen intellect coupled with his expansive knowledge of the law makes him a formidable criminal defense attorney whose only goal is securing the best outcome for his clients. Before attending law school in Florida, Mr. Lopez received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelors of Arts in English Literature from The University of Houston.

He was born and raised in south Texas and is a devout husband and father. He is a fierce competitor on the golf course and it is there that he has learned many of the same attributes that are necessary to be successful at all levels in life. Mr. Lopez has a documented history of securing hundreds of dismissals for his clients ranging from low level misdemeanors to very serious felonies.
