Derek H. Deyon is a Civil Trial Attorney with over a decade experience in trying complex civil cases through final jury trial and verdict. As a trial lawyer, Attorney Deyon secured multi – millions in settlements and judgments for civil and personal injury clients. Before securing his license to practice law, Attorney Deyon attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he won a national writing competition and wrote onto The Thurgood Marshall Law Review before graduating Cum Laude with his Juris Doctorate in 2010. Attorney Deyon represented clients in state court, federal court, appellate court (state and federal), and through arbitration with their litigation needs.
